These terms apply to use of the Tech Amelia website. Actual IT, communications, support and managed-service work may also be governed by separate proposals, agreements or service terms.
Website information
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but technology, pricing, product availability, service capabilities and third-party status information can change. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for a written service agreement or project scope.
Service-status information
Pulse Lite and linked outage/status resources are informational. Status data may come from third parties, may be delayed or incomplete, and does not guarantee that a particular customer, location, provider or service is operating normally.
Remote support
Opening a remote-support tool does not by itself create a service obligation or authorize work. Support may be subject to an existing customer agreement, approval, availability and applicable charges.
